Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, a full or partial advance payment is required. Your seat is reserved only after payment is acknowledged.
We accept:
1) UPI
2) Bank transfer
3) Credit/Debit card
Cancellation Policy
We know travel plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
15+ days before the tour: 75% refund
7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before the tour or
For no-shows: No refund
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Inclusions and Exclusions
Your tour package will mention what’s included. Typically, our packages include:
- Local transportation
- Accommodation
- Unless stated otherwise, the following are not included:
- Meals
- Tips
- Personal expenses
- Guided Sightseeing
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the package but is highly recommended. It covers emergencies like:
- Medical issues
- Trip cancellation
- Lost luggage

Itinerary Changes
While we stick to the planned schedule, changes may occur due to:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Political events
- Site closures
- We will do our best to provide alternatives.
Health and Safety
Please disclose any medical conditions when booking.
Carry personal medications.
Follow safety instructions provided by the tour leader.
Accommodation and Transport
Rooms are on a twin/double-sharing basis unless specified.
Transport provided will depend on group size.
Conduct and Behavior
Respect towards fellow travelers, guides, and locals is a must. We reserve the right to remove individuals for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Wars or political unrest
- Government travel restrictions
Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Mumbai, India].
Entry Restrictions
Some religious or cultural sites may have rules like:
- Dress codes
- No photography
- Restricted entry based on religion/gender,
- Please respect local customs and laws.
Special Requests
Have a dietary preference or hotel request? Let us know at the time of booking. We will try to fulfill it.
Travel Documents
Carry valid ID proof for all travelers. For international tours, passports and visas are mandatory.
Unused Services
No refund will be given for services not used voluntarily or due to unforeseen events during the tour.
