PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

This Payment & Refund Policy governs all financial transactions made with Travelphilia. By making any payment, the guest agrees to be legally bound by the terms stated below.

1️⃣ GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2 A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Travelphilia.
1.3 Payments accepted via:
Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
UPI
Authorised Payment Gateway
Credit/Debit Card

1.4 Travelphilia shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised accounts.
1.5 All professional service charges, gateway fees, processing charges, and forex markups are non-refundable.

2️⃣ FLIGHT BOOKINGS (Domestic & International)
Payment Terms
100% payment is required before ticket issuance.
Fare is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
Any fare increase before issuance must be borne by the Client.
Refund Terms
Refunds are subject to airline policy.
No-show may attract up to 100% airline penalty.
Travelphilia service charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed only after receipt from the airline.
Refund timelines depend on airline processing (usually 7–21 working days or more).

3️⃣ HOTEL BOOKINGS
Payment Terms

100% payment is required unless otherwise agreed.
Pay-at-Hotel bookings may require a partial advance as a guarantee.
Refund Terms
Cancellation charges depend on the hotel’s policy.
Non-refundable rates will not be refunded.
The refund will be processed after we receive confirmation from the hotel/supplier.

4️⃣ HOLIDAY & TOUR PACKAGES
Payment Terms
Domestic Packages:
30%–50% advance required
Balance payment due 7 days before departure
International Packages:
50% advance required
Balance payment due 15–20 days before departure
Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the advance.
Refund Terms
Cancellation charges apply according to the package cancellation policy.
Supplier penalties (hotel, airline, transport, visa, cruise) will apply.
Travelphilia service charges are non-refundable.
Refund timeline depends on supplier confirmation.

5️⃣ VISA ASSISTANCE
Payment Terms
100% payment is required before processing.
Refund Terms
Visa fees, VFS charges, embassy fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
No refund in case of visa rejection.
Travelphilia is not liable for visa approval or rejection.

6️⃣ TRAVEL INSURANCE
Payment Terms
100% premium required before policy issuance.
Refund Terms
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the insurance provider’s policy.
Once policy is issued, cancellation may not be permitted.
Travelphilia acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for claim settlements.

7️⃣ TRAIN BOOKINGS
Payment Terms
100% payment is required before ticket confirmation.
Refund Terms
Refunds are subject to the railway authority’s policy.
Tatkal bookings are non-refundable as per railway rules.
Service charges are non-refundable.

8️⃣ BUS BOOKINGS
Payment Terms

100% payment is required at booking time.
Refund Terms
Cancellation and refund depend on the bus operator’s policy.
Service charges are non-refundable.

9️⃣ CAR RENTALS
Payment Terms
An advance payment is required as communicated during booking.
Balance (if any) must be cleared before service begins.
Refund Terms
Cancellation charges depend on the vendor’s policy.
Last-minute cancellations may attract a full-day charge.
Additional charges (toll, parking, interstate tax, overtime) are non-refundable once service is rendered.

🔟 CRUISE BOOKINGS
Payment Terms
Advance payment required as per cruise line policy.
Balance must be paid within the cruise operator’s deadline.
Refund Terms
Cancellation penalties are governed by cruise line rules.
In certain cases, up to 100% cancellation charges may apply.
Refund processed only after cruise operator confirmation.

11️⃣ PAYMENT DEFAULT
Failure to clear payments within specified timelines may result in:
Automatic cancellation of booking
Forfeiture of the advance amount
Application of supplier cancellation charges

12️⃣ FORCE MAJEURE
Travelphilia shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or financial losses arising from:
Natural disasters
Government travel restrictions
Airline operational issues
Pandemic restrictions
Political unrest
Refunds, if any, shall strictly depend on the supplier’s policy.

13️⃣ REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
Processing timelines depend on airlines, hotels, cruise lines, embassies, insurance providers, or other vendors.
Travelphilia does not guarantee refund timelines.
Bank processing time is additional.

14️⃣ GOVERNING LAW
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15️⃣ ACCEPTANCE
By making payment to Travelphilia, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Payment & Refund Policy.
